Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues that arise as quickly and efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality and safety standards
  • Carry out product and process auditing
  • Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained
  • Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators including scrap monitoring, rework levels, parts per million (PPM) figures
  • Stop production in the event of the manufacture of unacceptable goods/processes
  • Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system (IATF 16949 / ISO9001)
  • Write product inspection/testing procedures and/or work instructions
  • Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to adhere to process and prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process, or system
  • Assist with first-off sample approvals
  • Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements
  • Participate in the development and refinement of Process FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
  • Assist with training of quality awareness
  • Quality control of work by appropriate reviews
  • Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions
  • Produce written reports and make presentations
  • Independently determine approach and assigned tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in the Engineering field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience as a Quality Engineer in the automotive industry.
  • Experience in the European automotive manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Solid background in IATF 16949, VDA and ISO 14001.
  • IATF 16949 Lead Auditor / VDA 6.3 Process Audit Certification is advantage
  • Can communication in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow up, support and review all of engineering documentation standard for new model (Technical feasibility/ E-Bom/ Specification/ ECR/ECN).
  • Communication to customer, in term of technical phase.
  • Review and Ensure release document before start production.
  • Follow up and make for new material testing.
  • Follow up and support for equipment in production line.
  • Analysis on production quality issue and quality problem solving.
  • Perform all tasks and project as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or related.
  • Age not over 40 years old.
  • Good written and verbal communication English skills.
  • Good basic computer MS Office, Auto Cad, Etc.
  • Skill related to the production line.
  • Good cause analysis and problem solving skill.
  • Leadership, good learning skills, interpersonal skills, cooperation.
  • Good relationship and good attitude.
  • A keen eye for detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead to implement the organization problem-solving process and system.
  • Organize and conduct the quality status meeting of the New model project product.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure delivery of New model product in accordance with each change level.
  • Initiate, coordinate and follow up New model defect root cause analysis, defect elimination.
  • Implementation of corrective and preventive action together with production.
  • Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement programs for New model project together with the process engineer.
  • Regular quality tracking and updating quality log based on defect information customer complaints and 8D for New models.
  • Report the performance of the New model to the Management team at appropriate intervals.
  • Assist customer services in warranty analysis and return sales from New model customer plant as required.
  • Maintain drawings & specification that define the New model product & quality standards.
  • Establish process document to execute and flawlessly launch APQP and PPAP.
  • Implement, Develop, and Maintain process flow, FMEA Control plan, WI and related documents.
  • Perform reliability studies on all measuring/ testing equipment used in the production process in accordance with MSA.
  • Maintain customer complaint log and facilitate and participated in the corrective action process.
  • Co-ordinate and support customer visit/audit

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in the Engineering field.
  • At least 6 years of working experience as Quality Engineer or Senior level in the automotive industry.
  • Experience in the European automotive manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Solid background in IATF 16949, VDA and ISO 14001.
  • IATF 16949 Lead Auditor / VDA 6.3 Process Audit Certification is advantage
  • Good command in English.
